The Procurement Associate III position assists with the overall Capital Project contracting services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and its colleges and subdivisions; completes duties in compliance with KCTCS business procedures, Model Procurement Code (KRS 45A), and other Kentucky Revised Statutes applicable to capital project procurement (including Professional Services of Architect and Engineers); and assists Contacting Officer with complex capital project related procurement including selection committee processes and public bid openings. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.
