Student Records Assistant II in Morehead, KY
The student records assistant will work closely with the records office and financial aid team. Major duties include facilitating the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) process, engaging with students to collect missing documents, communicating with students and other stakeholders via a variety of channels, and scanning documents to OnBase. This position will monitor records processes including drop requests, no-show reporting, cancellations, and applying student waivers. This is not a remote position.
