The EOC is a federally funded grant program that provides counseling and information on college admissions to first-generation and limited-income adults who want to enter or continue a program of postsecondary education. The program also provides services to improve the financial and economic literacy of participants, including counseling on financial aid options, basic financial planning skills, and to assist in the FAFSA application process. The goal of the EOC program is to increase the number of adult participants who enroll in postsecondary education institutions. This position is funded by a federal grant ending Augst 31, 2026, with the next renewable cycle beginning September 1, 2026. The ECTC EOC program serves participants in the following counties: Breckinridge, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Washington, and Taylor.
