This position leads recruitment efforts for students in grades 6 through 12 in coordination with school partners and provides ongoing mentorship, advising, and family engagement for program participants. The Administrative Coordinator facilitates weekly sessions focused on academics, life skills, leadership development, and career exploration, and supports the planning and implementation of the Summer Institute, workshops, and community service projects.
