In close partnership with the Chancellor and the executive leadership team, the new Vice Chancellor will advance the College through shared decision‑making, transparent communication, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to collective success. Workforce Solutions is a key economic development partner in the region, providing the College's non-credit workforce development, community education, customized training, and professional development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chancellor and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, the Vice Chancellor advances the College's mission by fostering innovation, building strategic partnerships, generating new revenue opportunities, and responding to the regional and state workforce and economic development needs. The successful candidate will champion excellence, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking while ensuring programs and services effectively support learners, employers, and community partners.
