The position also champions the use of eVA, promotes electronic commerce, and advances SWaM (Small, Women‑owned, and Minority‑owned Business) participation in partnership with the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity. The role further ensures oversight of the Small Purchase Charge Card Program, contract compliance, and quality assurance reviews, supporting strong internal controls and reliable procurement outcomes. Overall, this position is essential to maintaining compliant, efficient, and high‑quality procurement operations that directly support the agency’s mission and statewide service delivery.
