Job Duties
THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO DMV EMLPLOYEES ONLY!
The individual in this position would receive title and driver license applications and supporting documentation from DMV Customer Service Centers statewide; also receives various driver reports from numerous areas of agency. They review and ensure all appropriate documents were received and ready for processing. They would Scan (various sized documents) and perform quality control edits as necessary. Operates scanning equipment and performs operator maintenance on the equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
• Some knowledge of business English and mathematics, office operational principles, use of personal computer, utilizing spreadsheets, database, word processing software, and OnBase, standard business forms and filing/scanning systems and principles.
• Demonstrate ability to arrange work in alpha/numeric sequence; to follow oral and written instructions and the procedures of the unit; to perform high volume, repetitive manual tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Skills in operating and making minor repairs and adjustments to scanning equipment.
• Works well independently by being resourceful and completing multiple tasks independently.
