Job Duties
The wage position as Deputy Clerk is to provide support to the full time Civil clerk.
The main responsibility of this position would be to process civil documents and handle all aspects of that department, including but not limited to courtroom updating, processing warrant in debts, detinues, garnishments, interrogatories, compiling docket and maintaining all civil paperwork. You will be cross trained to assess fines and costs accurately, accept and receipt payments, and enter traffic summons.
Minimum Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required. Must be detailed oriented, highly accurate, excellent at follow up and juggling competing priorities in a fast paced office. Must have good organization and ability to follow and explain procedures in a clear and easy to understand manner
Additional Considerations
Experience handling money highly desirable.
