Job Duties
Provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources team and assure a well-organized, efficient, and effective office. Support the Employee Relations team with related administrative services.
Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge of HR management principles and state HR policies, particularly in records management.
• Familiarity with both manual and electronic record-keeping systems.
• Proficiency in using PCs, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and accurately.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Considerations
• Knowledge of DMV-specific HR policies and DHRM guidelines.
• Understanding of secure file storage and destruction per regulatory standards.
• Customer service orientation with effective problem-solving skills for handling inquiries.
