Job Duties

Independently performs a variety of complex administrative tasks, in support of an Office Director with responsibilities that affect all field and central office work units. Work regularly requires extreme discretion, interpretation of policies, procedures or processes and frequent interaction with officials and constituents. May provide guidance to other staff as an information resource. Conducts research or assembles information and develops summaries in support of another administrative, technical or professional staff member. May type, file, schedule appointments, make reservations, sort mail and perform reception duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Experience providing internal/external customer service in an office setting
• Experience working in professional environments requiring confidentiality and discretion
• Experience in reviewing, editing, and routing official documents for approval
