Up to a $25,000 Bonus for Registered Nurses that are new to state service and remain with the facility for 2 years. · $15,000 sign on bonus will be awarded to new hires to state service with a one-year written agreement required. · An additional $10,000 retention bonus will be awarded to new hires who are hired after December 10, 2023. The retention bonus will be paid out one year after hire date and require a one-year written agreement. Competitive salaries: RN II-Starting Pay from $79,572 and increases to commensurate with experience, education, and credentials. Total compensation including paid time off and benefits begins at $120,408 for this role.
