DCSS's mission is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely services that enable state agencies to conduct business efficiently in a safe and healthful environment. This position is responsible for the planning, budgeting, design and construction of facilities, maintenance, renovation, and small construction projects at the Capitol Square Complex. The Construction Project Manager further ensures that the projects are managed within the applicable guidelines established by DGS policies, the CPSM, and procedures in order for annual permits to be reviewed and approved.
