Lead Construction Project Managers - CL081 & ET021 in Richmond (City), Virginia
The DGS is seeking experienced professionals to serve as Lead Construction Project Managers. These roles oversee a team of Construction Project Managers and direct the planning, budgeting, design, and construction of capital outlay projects, as well as facility maintenance, renovation, and construction projects across the Capitol Square Complex. The positions also ensure that all projects comply with applicable DGS policies and procedures so that annual permits can be properly reviewed and approved.
