The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Elizabethton is accepting applications for a Practical Nursing Associate Instructor at its main campus. The position is grant-funded, responsible for providing instruction and supervision for Practical Nursing students, with a primary focus on high school dual-enrollment learners participating in an accelerated healthcare career pathway program. Working in partnership with Ballad Health, this role delivers classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction; supports student skill development; and ensures a positive, professional learning environment. The instructor maintains accurate records, assists with program development and recruitment, and models the professional standards expected in the nursing field. This position is funded through December 31, 2026, with continuation dependent upon available grant funding.
