General Duties: Maintenance/Custodial shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: Collects and disposes of trash from classrooms, offices, parking lots, and lawn. Assists the Coordinator of Physical Facilities in developing preventative maintenance measures and following published schedule related to same and other tasks as needed. Managing the physical setup of the large auditorium room for scheduled events. Assist with ground keeping. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
