      This position will provide holistic student support services and academic advising. The incumbent will guide students through the entire enrollment and advisement process which includes but is not limited to areas such as admissions, career counseling, financial aid, academic planning, academic advising, and class scheduling. This position will serve as a mentor and coach throughout the academic tenure of assigned student supporting them from enrollment to graduation (in collaboration with faculty advisors upon the student’s completion of select benchmarks).

    • Adjunct Instructor Diesel Powered Equipment in Clarksville

      The Adjunct Instructor in the Early Technical College Diesel Powered Equipment Technology class is responsible for providing in-person theory and hands-on skills instruction to dual-enrolled high school students to prepare them to become Diesel Powered Equipment Technicians. Areas of instruction include preventive maintenance, electrical/electronics, brakes, drive train, suspension and steering, diesel engines and HVAC. This position is part-time and reports to the Clarksville Campus Director. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between August and May each year. Scheduled class hours are 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is not a remote work position.

    • Computer Information Technology- Artificial Intelligence Faculty in various locations

      A full-time faculty is responsible for delivering instruction in various formats (on-line, in person, video-conferencing, or any combination of methods) in the discipline(s) for which she/he has been employed. Instruction may take place at any of the college’s campuses, at a clinical partner facility, or at a designated temporary location. Faculty also provide academic advising and facilitate student success. Technology tools are routinely used to communicate with and support students. Faculty participate in divisional and institutional activities related to the college’s mission, engage with communities of interest, and promote college programs. This full-time faculty position is pivotal in the development and delivery of our AI courses in the Computer Information Technology Program, working closely with the Director.

      The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is accepting applications for the part-time, temporary positions of Adjunct Instructor/Classroom Support for all Allied Health programs (Classroom, Clinicals, Anatomy & Physiology (A&P), Math for Meds). GENERAL DUTIES: Adjunct instructors provide classroom support on an as-needed basis, sometime with little advance notice. This position should ensure student training is conducted utilizing all appropriate safety measures. The adjunct instructor will facilitate continued training for students in the absence of a full-time instructor. Potential applicants with varied work experience may qualify to facilitate in more than one program.

This position is designated to work at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology locations within Memphis. The Police Officer 1 investigates crimes and accidents, protecting faculty, staff, students, visitors, and property, facilities by law enforcement. He/she responds to calls for assistance including emergency crisis situations and provides other safety related services. He/she must be flexible to work different shifts if and when deemed necessary.

      This position is responsible for tracking and assisting students by providing holistic services from pre-enrollment to completion for a defined set of students with a primary goal of assisting them with overcoming barriers to their success in college.
