    • Police Officer 1 (TCAT) in Memphis

      This is a full-time, grant-funded position working under direct supervision of the Police Supervisor (Captain) and general supervision of the Associate Director of Public Safety. This position is designated to work at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology locations within Memphis. The Police Officer 1 investigates crimes and accidents, protecting faculty, staff, students, visitors, and property, facilities by law enforcement. He/she responds to calls for assistance including emergency crisis situations and provides other safety related services. He/she must be flexible to work different shifts if and when deemed necessary.

      The Admissions and Records Clerk works under the supervision of the Coordinator of Student Services and in conjunction with TBR Shared Services Center. He/she inputs and maintains student data using the Student Information System (Banner), and Microsoft Office applications. He/she will be the primary Admissions and Records contact for prospective and current students through in person, phone, email, and virtual meetings.  He/she will perform general typing and duplicating of clerical assignments, assist in preparation of reports, and record keeping.

      The Director of the Office of Student Success provides strategic leadership and oversight for student intervention programs, ensuring alignment with institutional retention and completion goals. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating data-driven academic support strategies for first-time freshmen, students on academic probation, and reentry students. The Director supervises all professional staff, manages program effectiveness, and collaborates with multiple departments to enhance student persistence and success. The Director is responsible for budget planning, strategic resource allocation, and institutional reporting on intervention effectiveness.
