Key Responsibilities – Essential Job Functions The Grant and Coffee County Coordinator is responsible to perform the following: • Study and understand the history, structure, objectives, programs, and financial needs of the organization to effectively search for appropriate funding sources and complete reporting needs; • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables; • Coordinate and track progress against project plans, adjusting as needed to ensure successful completion; • Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing KPIs, and follow-up; • Conduct research based on certain specific inquiries and prepare written reports on the same; • Develop unique ideas to sharpen work and create tools to make the work quicker, more accurate, and point; • Support the institution with special projects as needed; • Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies as requested; • Draft effective grant proposals, reports, and supporting documents based on the funding requirements of the organization; • Submit proposals for approval; • Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted proposals; • Assist in the maintenance of required program records; • Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities; • Ensure that grant funds are utilized as planned; • Foster partnerships with secondary schools, service agencies and other organizations; • Support the institution’s accreditation efforts as requested; • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects; • Serve as an administrator for the Coffee County Campus; • Support the IT needs of the Coffee County Campus when needed; • Work with internal and external stakeholders to scope project requirements and objectives; and • Other duties as assigned.
