This position serves as the primary point of contact for student support services and completion grant administration. The Success Navigator will collaborate with the Transition Pathway Coordinator, the Nursing Program Director, the Nursing faculty team, and the Dean for Health Sciences on all grant related activities. The Success Navigator will participate in instruction in the on-campus laboratory and/or clinical setting.

      The Paramedic/LPN to RN Pathway Coordinator collaborates with the Nursing program director and Dean for Health Sciences to develop, implement, and oversee the innovative pathway program which allows paramedics and LPNs to pursue the AAS Nursing degree and become eligible for Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. The position combines recruitment, instruction, planning, academic advisement, strategic scheduling, and program coordination responsibilities.
