    • Faculty – Languages and Literature in Memphis

      This is a full-time, academic term faculty appointment within the Humanities / Languages and Literature department. The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities. This position will required to teach both college-level and learning support courses. The faculty member is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction, instructional counseling, academic advising, serving on various committees, participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations.

      TCAT-Memphis is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified individual for the position of Patient Care Technician Instructor. This full-time role is based at our main campus located at 550 Alabama Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for our employees. The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

      A full-time faculty is responsible for delivering instruction in various formats (on-line, in person, video-conferencing, or any combination of methods) in the discipline(s) for which she/he has been employed. Instruction may take place at any of the college’s campuses, at a clinical partner facility, or at a designated temporary location. Faculty also provide academic advising and facilitate student success. Technology tools are routinely used to communicate with and support students.

    • Police Officer, TCAT Clarksville Campus in Clarksville

      Under general supervision, performs all duties of a Police Officer, including enforcing applicable laws, ordinances, policies and procedures. Patrols the campus by foot, bicycle or motor vehicle.
