The Lab and Simulation Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the nursing skills lab and provides support for simulation and immersive learning activities. This role ensures high-quality laboratory-based education by managing lab logistics, coordinating adjunct lab faculty, and maintaining strong partnerships with course faculty. The Manager also contributes to the development of simulation-based, immersive learning and clinical readiness initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Innovation Officer and CHSE instructional teams. While the focus is on clinical readiness and lab, the role includes active engagement in simulation and immersive technologies.

The Operations Specialist updates and maintains accurate student academic records, primarily in electronic format. Communicates and solves problems regarding academic policy and procedure as it affects the student's academic record. The position is also responsible for enforcing the Registrar's Office and University policy regarding various Enrollment Services functions and requires extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations concerning the privacy of student records.

The BFA also provides direction to HRL staff on Mason fiscal policies and processes impacting these expenses, and supports the HRL staff in finding solutions to financial/business questions. George Mason University is seeking a Post Award Research Administrator who is responsible for the setup and maintenance of new awards, continuations, supplements, and award modifications for sponsored projects. This position supports the acceptance, setup and maintenance of awards and is supported by the Local Research Units and other groups within OSP. The Research Administrator serves as a resource to the Pre and Post Award Team members on award setup and maintenance issues, as needed.
