Associate Director Major Gifts in various locations
The Associate Director for Major Gifts will plan and implement a variety of strategies to raise funds from major donors and secure significant philanthropic support for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences priorities. The Associate Director will manage a portfolio of donors and prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, and corporate foundations, and be responsible for facilitating all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure, creating solicitations, writing proposals, and stewarding donors. The position works collaboratively with key volunteers, school leadership and faculty, Advancement staff, and other school representatives to cultivate and solicit donors for university priorities.

George Mason University, Student Health Services (SHS) is seeking a Health Promotion Nurse. This hybrid role combines health equity advocacy along with clinical care. The Health Promotional Nurse collaborates with SHS leadership and campus partners to address social determinants of health and implement initiatives that promote equitable healthcare access. In addition, this position will also serve as clinical support to our providers, including, but not limited to providing immunizations, allergy treatments, in person and phone triage, wound care, and medication administration.
