  • Research Administrator, Post Award in various locations

    The Post Award Research Administrator is mainly responsible for managing post-award activities in support of an assigned portfolio of grants and contracts within one or more units (i.e., school, department, division, institute, or center) using knowledge of grant and contract management rules and regulations, technical expertise, and analytical skills. The Post Award Research Administrator interacts regularly with faculty members conducting sponsored research while providing high quality customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciliation and projection of award finances, preparing adjustments and corrections to award budgets, preparing financial reports, and at the end of the award, ensuring all financial requirements have been met and closing out the award.

    The Visitor Center Representative greets guests, manages tour check-in and daily setup, answers questions, keeps space tidy, and escalates concerns as needed. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Student Enrichment Coordinator in various locations

    The Student Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for providing, creating, and supporting an all-inclusive and diverse CEHD student experience. This occurs from initial enrollment to degree completion through educational, professional, social, cultural, and co-curricular opportunities that promote student development, foster student involvement and retention, and build affinity to CEHD.

  • Director of Professional Skills Support in various locations

    The Director of Professional Skills Support reports to the Assistant Dean for Legal Skills and collaborates with the Associate Dean for Professional Development along with Bar Support, Student Academic Services, Career Services, and LRWA teams to develop and deliver to JD students and graduates instruction, counseling, and other services related to developing legal skills, obtaining professional certifications, and succeeding in the legal profession.

  • Admissions Counselor, Honors College in various locations

    Honors College Admissions Counselor recruits undergraduates, reviews applications, handles walk-ins/escalations, leads info sessions, assists with marketing/recruitment, and travels extensively. Evening and weekend hours required.
