Administrative Assistant in various locations
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and executive scheduling support to the Vice President for University Life. As a member of the Office of University Life's support staff, this position also provides support to the associate and assistant vice presidents; associate deans, and other personnel who provide leadership and support for the various units within and throughout University Life. This position supports a variety of office functions for University Life including, but not limited to: assisting in managing the VP’s calendar and daily schedule, assisting with the coordination of events and meetings, and making arrangements for meetings and delegations with both internal and external constituents. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Office's key constituent groups, including but not limited to: BOV members; President, Provost, Chief of Staff, and Senior Vice President; and parents and students.

The HR Coordinator supports human resources functions by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, professional development, maintaining employee records, and answering employee inquiries, all while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with University HR policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating employee transactions and files, managing HR-related software and documentation, and acting as a point of contact for staff with HR-related questions.

The Staff Clinician provides individual and group counseling, case management services, crisis intervention (including infrequent after-hours consultation), psychological consultation services to students/faculty/family, community education, psychological prevention-related programming, and clinical training for externs and doctoral interns (APA accredited internship) in psychology.

MOU and Incoming Student Coordinator in various locations
The MOU and Incoming Student Coordinator is a key member of the International Enrollment Partnerships team, instrumental in managing George Mason’s EMOU system and coordinating incoming exchange and degree seeking students in IEP managed programs. The MOU and Incoming Student Coordinator maintains the EMOU system, supports MOU and Agreement renewals, and provides student support to incoming exchange students and degree seeking students in IEP managed programs.
