George Mason University Center for the Arts is seeking an experienced, skilled, and highly motivated individual to serve as a Production Coordinator to assist with coordination and facilitation of production activities. The Production Coordinator will work directly with the Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production at the Center for the Arts. These will include (but not be limited to) supplemental crew staffing and supervision, show advancement, stage management, administrative coordination, and organizing special project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of theatre technology and practices, knowledge of stage management, experienced with a variety of performance idioms (drama, dance, opera, musical, etc.), Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or equivalent on the job experience.

The position acts as the day-to-day Contract Administrator for shuttle services and serves as the point person for all transportation demand management (TDM) programs, including shared scooters, bicycles, and ridesharing. This is an hourly wage position; hourly rate will depend upon level of training and experience.
