BSN Clinical and Skills Lab Coordinator in Main Campus, Oklahoma City
The BSN Clinical and Skills Lab Coordinator facilitates partnerships with healthcare organizations and community agencies to develop clinical site opportunities to support the education of students in the Kramer School of Nursing Pre-licensure Undergraduate Program. The Coordinator is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and maintaining clinical placement opportunities for students in support of established curriculum, and compliance requirements. The Coordinator serves as the primary touchstone for students, faculty, and external entities throughout the placement acquisition and assignment process. Additionally, the Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the Skills Lab, ensuring that nursing students have access to high-quality, hands-on training experiences by maintaining equipment and supplies, and providing support to students and faculty. The Clinical and Skills Lab Coordinator reports to the KSN Operations Manager and works closely with the Chair of the BSN program, and with other staff and faculty within the Kramer School of Nursing.
