James Madison University, a Division I member of the NCAA and SunBelt Conference, is seeking an Insurance and Office Coordinator for the Department of Sports Medicine. This position is full-time and includes an excellent benefits package. Anticipated start date is May 1, 2026. The Insurance/Office Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Associate AD for Integrated Health and Sports Performance and will work closely with the JMU Team Physicians & Physician Assistant and Staff Athletic Trainers. This selected candidate will support the vision of JMU, Intercollegiate Athletics, and the Sports Medicine Office by coordinating the administrative and health insurance records for student athletes and providing administrative and general support to the office. The candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of communication, outstanding interpersonal skills, and professionalism as a member of the JMU Sports Medicine Staff.
