Assistant Director of Admissions in UMW
The Assistant Director will effectively manage a significant regional territory to support new student enrollment goals. They will develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy, involving day and overnight travel to high schools and college fairs, planning and executing regional events, reviewing applications, making admission recommendations, and building relationships with key stakeholders within the territory. As part of the admissions team, the Assistant Director will also contribute to the organization of on- and off-campus events, handle daily operational tasks such as group information sessions and individual admission counseling appointments, and participate in special projects as requested. Candidates already residing in Northern Virginia will have the opportunity to have a hybrid work schedule with both in office and remote days.
