The Director is responsible for maintaining accurate donor and alumni information, implementing and optimizing advancement technology, and producing reliable reporting that supports fundraising, alumni engagement, annual giving, stewardship, and executive decision-making. As a key partner in building the division's infrastructure, the Director develops scalable systems, policies, and workflows that strengthen donor service, institutional accountability, and the effectiveness of Advancement programs.
