Student Services Coordinator in Denton
The Career Center department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Student Services Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Lead efforts toward planning, teaching and implementing career development and job search programs and service to students, by working with students, faculty and staff in assigned College of Public Affairs and Health Service (PAHS) departments. PAHS values taking academics beyond the classroom and into the community through hands-on experience across a variety of social issues. This includes but is not limited to, individual advising and group workshops. Partner with program coordinators and academic advisors in the college (undergraduate and graduate) to facilitate connections for internship programs across their assigned departments, ensuring that available internships meet all of the departmental requirements for credit and student eligibility. Cultivate and manage relationships with current and new employers recruiting students in partnership with assigned departments and the main Career Center. Lead job market research efforts for the assigned area, in order to provide current and relevant data to faculty, advisors and students. Create and cultivate PAHS alumni mentoring program in collaboration with supervisor, academic programs and college academic advisors. Work directly with student organizations in making connections to corporate/organizational speakers/mentors. Manage the assessment of career programs and services and deliver reports to supervisor. Provide marketing of career services to the students and faculty in the assigned departments.

Recruitment and Admissions Associate in Fort Worth
The Department of Admissions and Recruitment at UNT Health is seeking a Recruitment/Admissions Associate to join our team. This position supports the Recruitment Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing recruitment initiatives and assists with the overall operations of the recruitment team. The Recruitment/Admissions Associate provides exceptional customer service to prospective applicants and current students, responds promptly to inquiries and requests, and assists students throughout the admissions and application process through email, telephone, mail, and in-person interactions. The position develops and maintains relationships with advisors at various higher education institutions and represents UNT Health at college fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach activities throughout the DFW area, across Texas, and at out-of-state institutions. Travel is a significant component of this position. The Recruitment/Admissions Associate will regularly travel throughout the DFW area, across the State of Texas, and to out-of-state institutions to represent UNT Health at college fairs, recruitment events, campus visits, and other outreach opportunities. The position is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and logistics associated with recruitment activities, including utilizing a department travel card to arrange and manage rental vehicles, hotel accommodations, and flights. This includes planning travel itineraries, coordinating transportation and lodging, maintaining accurate travel documentation and receipts, and ensuring travel arrangements align with department guidelines and recruitment schedules. The Recruitment/Admissions Associate also assists the Director with recruitment procedures, general administration, database management, reporting, and maintaining accurate computerized records of prospective students and institutional contacts. The position coordinates and conducts tours for prospective applicants, ensures recruitment materials and brochures are readily available and distributed as requested, and follows up with prospective applicants and current students in a timely and professional manner. The position also helps coordinate recruitment events, supports recruitment marketing efforts, and leads outreach and recruitment initiatives with top feeder schools and other key higher education partners. Additionally, the Recruitment/Admissions Associate participates as a member of the Ambassador Task Force and assists with developing and strengthening partnerships that support the university's enrollment and recruitment goals. The Recruitment/Admissions Associate is expected to contribute to a positive and welcoming recruitment experience while supporting the department’s goals and initiatives. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
