Financial Aid Administrator in Denton
This position is responsible for managing a financial aid student caseload, processing of aid adjustments, assisting with officewide quality controls, and counseling students regarding financial aid to include eligibility requirements, available financial aid options, and the requirements for the renewal and retention of aid programs. Position serves as main point of contact for internal inquiries regarding a students financial aid status and for ensuring that student inquiries have been resolved. Serves as backup to the customer service team.
