Courses will be developed for online delivery and incorporate an interprofessional perspective, emphasizing the application of clinical nutrition across healthcare, community, and applied practice settings. The adjunct faculty member will create comprehensive course materials, which may include recorded lectures, readings, case studies, applied learning activities, assignments, and assessments that support competency-based outcomes. Collaboration with program leadership, curriculum committees, and relevant stakeholders will ensure consistency, rigor, and alignment with program goals. This position is focused exclusively on course development and does not include teaching responsibilities. The faculty member will complete any university-mandated training related to course development, learning management systems, accessibility, or instructional design. Following development, the faculty member will participate in the institutional review and approval process, including responding to feedback and making revisions prior to final approval. This is a remote adjunct position with a flexible schedule aligned with development timelines and approval milestones. There are no on-campus or travel requirements. Time commitment will vary based on course scope and required revisions. Attendance at program or curriculum meetings may be required during development and approval phases.
