Caseloads and expectations are structured to support quality care, effective supervision, and sustainability. The BCBA in this role plays an important part in supporting the professional development of emerging clinicians through structured supervision, behavioral skills training, and mentorship within the clinical setting. The BCBA reports to the Clinical Director and works within the KFAC clinical and operational structure.
