This in person position is located at the Dallas main campus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: create, maintain, and revise class scheduling and classroom space reservations, develop and train class schedulers on the scheduling entry process, assist as the subject matter expert on scheduling procedures, maintain the accuracy and integrity of the schedule, process audit rolls, non-attendance drops, and post-enrollment requisite checks, post mid-term and final grades, create final exam schedule, create and maintain academic catalogs (undergraduate/graduate), assist with state reporting, maintain procedures in PeopleSoft (student information system) and Coursedog. Additionally, this position will assist with general Registrar services, degree conferrals, commencement, and/or other specialized support within the Office of the Registrar.
