Senior Registrar Coordinator in Denton
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of strategic academic scheduling for the entire University. As a Senior Registrar Coordinator, this position works with every academic area on campus, (every college and academic department, including schedulers at the UNT Frisco campus) to ensure that each term, one schedule of classes (consisting of some 12,000+ individual course sections) is strategically planned and offered that allows students to persist and complete their degrees in a timely manner. The work that is done is strategic and deliberate, from creating the master production calendar of strategic planning tasks, which all academic areas must follow, to ensuring the entire final schedule is strategic and optimal for all students. The Registrar’s office will assist with holistic reviews and coordinate across all areas as student coursework is across disciplines. This position works with academic areas to adjust schedules and resolve issues within and among academic areas for overall optimal scheduling.
