Within this context, the Enrichment Student Navigator coordinates structured leadership development activities, serves as a liaison to faculty, staff, and administrators, and facilitates cohort participation in institutional programming. In collaboration with OMSS and the Office of Educational Programs, this position contributes to academic success, professional identity formation, and student engagement while supporting the coordination and delivery of assigned components of the medical curriculum.
