Distribute work order assignments. Ensure staff compliance with UNTHSC policies and regulations. Oversee building inspections and audit forms. Oversee distribution of custodial supplies. Generate and distribute department documents. Create special events, detailing and seasonal cleaning plans. Conduct weekly team meetings with assistants and team leaders. Assist manager with inventory, receiving, organizing, maintaining and distributing all custodial supplies and equipment. Assist manager with hiring and firing process of night shift employees. Transport self and/or others in state vehicle during performance of duties. Contribute to a safe environment by participating in all drills and training and being prepared to take action should a health or safety emergency occur. Work well with others in a professional, respectful manner and promote teamwork. Except when notified of leaving town, must be oncall and be able to be contacted in case of emergency by home phone, and/or cell phone. And other duties as assigned by the Manager, Custodial Services.
