We seek an experienced academic leader who can contribute to the Communication and Digital Media program by teaching a range of courses in mass communication, as well as other communication areas. This new faculty member will also be responsible for developing online courses, a student communication club, and collaborative relationships with area mass communication organizations and agencies, broadcasters, community colleges, high schools, radio stations, and other communication entities. Professional experience in the communication field would be a plus. The Communication and Digital Media program currently includes a Speaking Center and online student radio station. The university completed a new academic building in June 2019, which features a 6,000 square-foot media production suite and radio station.
