Custodial Services Supervisor - Night Shift in Denton
This position is responsible for providing direction, decision making, scheduling and supervising a medium size group of custodians and their workload. Custodial Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of cleaning and sanitation work in an assigned group of buildings or on special projects. They evaluate worker’s performance and recommend training as needed. The work performance is reviewed and evaluated through the inspection of assigned areas. Supervisors may be required to work on a relief assignment or a special cleaning crews/projects and perform cleaning duties. Specified duties may vary according to the type of facility to be cleaned. NATURE OF POSITION AND APPOINTMENT: The appointments will be as Adjunct Faculty to teach one course each in the Summer 2026 semester for the Day Division or the Evening Division . EXPECTATIONS: Adjunct faculty members are a critical part of the College of Law’s learning community, and they will be involved in curricular and co-curricular activities and programs relating to student learning and professional formation throughout law school. Because the educational program will strive for excellence in developing practice-related competencies, adjunct faculty members will be expected to follow the instructional and curricular practices of the College of Law, including use of the Canvas Learning Management System, learning outcomes, multiple assessments, and research and writing modules within a course, as appropriate, with support from other faculty as well as research librarians. The College of Law will support adjunct faculty in these areas by providing training, course design expertise, and learning management system support.

These offerings include courses in digital photography, visual communication, digital field production, events, communication literacy, sports communication, sports writing, social media, studio production, public relations and advertising (writing, strategy, case studies, and campaigns), and cinematography, among others. Adjunct faculty members may be required to use certain texts and meet certain parameters set by the Department of Communications and Digital Media. Adjunct instructors will also be required to include in their courses certain student assessment measures determined by the department, and to compile data on those assessment criteria.
