The Office of Admissions, at the University of North Texas, is seeking to hire an Admissions Recruiter to assist in recruiting and admissions functions, under the direction of the Associate Director, Admissions Recruitment & Outreach. This position is responsible for participation in all aspects of the outreach of high school and college students. This position will provide expertise to implement, develop, and evaluate new student enrollment initiatives for assigned student groups, developing recruitment strategies, assisting the department with strategic implementation of recruitment activities by identifying strong recruitment approaches and developing and executing new outreach programs. Work involves, but is not limited to; local travel, counseling and guidance of applicants for admissions, and rendering of directional services to high school and colleges in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with the possibility of occasional overnight, in and out of state travel.

The Office of Admissions, at the University of North Texas, is seeking to hire an Admissions Recruiter to assist in recruiting and admissions functions, under the direction of the Associate Director, Admissions Recruitment & Outreach. This position will be part of the Admissions Events Team and is responsible for participation in all aspects of small- and large-scale recruitment event planning; mobilization of campus units and vendors to successfully execute events; relationship management with campus partners and stakeholders to promote a university-wide recruitment mentality. This position will also provide support for the Welcome Center staff and campus tour guides; use of data to make strategic decisions about recruitment and outreach programming, and occasional local and statewide travel as required by events.

This position has primary responsibility for overseeing recruiting, admissions, enrollment, and advising for the M.S. and Ph.D. programs in the Chemistry Department. The position serves as the primary liaison to the Toulouse Graduate School, the College of Science, the Chemistry Graduate Affairs Committee, the Department Chair, and the Chemistry faculty on all matters involving the graduate program.
