		Student & Program Specialist in DentonThe Student & Program Specialist is an integral part of the Honors College Student Life team. This position has primary advisor responsibilities for the Honors College Programming Council (HCPC), the student-led programming initiative of the Honors College. HCPC is made up of 30+ students who host 25+ events each semester. This position will support communication initiatives for the Honors College, including social media and newsletter management, and support student workers’ skill growth in these areas. This position coordinates several Student Life programs and will provide logistical support for all Student Life initiatives. This position also provides student support in other areas of the Honors College, such as academics and recruitment, as needed. Proper use of university credit card for student activities and staff events will be required. Driving students in university vehicles for various events is likely.
