Assistant Professor - Clinical Nutrition in Fort Worth
The Department of Personalized Health and Well-Being, College of Health Professions, is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for a full-time, 12-month faculty position to teach in the Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition Coordinated Program (MSCN). The MSCN program prepares students to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. This position may be hybrid, combining remote and in-person responsibilities at the UNT Health Fort Worth campus. The position is expected to start in March 2026. The faculty member will engage in innovative teaching, student mentorship, course and curriculum development, and continuous quality improvement. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contributing to the ACEND accreditation process, collaborating on research, and participating in service across the department, college, and university.

This position is responsible for working with the academic units to ensure the proper coding and maintenance of all degree requirements in UNT’s degree audit application. Requires extensive knowledge and understanding of student, curricular, and academic records, processes, and academic policies and procedures including the ability to identify and address problems.
