Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Lead efforts toward planning and implementing career coaching, education, experiential learning, mentoring, and job search programs and services to students, by working with a variety of students, faculty, and staff in schools (7th-12th grade) and graduates 4-10 years post-graduation. This includes, but is not limited to, individual advising, teaching, peer mentor oversight, curriculum support, programming, group workshops, services, outcomes, and deliver reports to their supervisor.
