This position performs highly complex (senior level) HCM ERP functional systems support work. Work involves providing support for departmental functional users for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. The Senior HRIS Functional Analyst provides expertise and support to core HR systems through system support, configuration, process design and improvement, data accuracy, analytics, and integrations. Consult with business partners to research, document, implement, and execute new and/or revised HR programs. This position also serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. Act as the liaison between business teams, application vendors and IT for system integrations, enhancements and issue fixes; Responsible for translating business needs to system design, conduct system/data analysis, and participating in testing and deployment activities.
