As a university affiliated autism center, KFAC emphasizes strong clinical standards, high quality supervision and training models, ethical practice, and collaboration with families, staff, and interdisciplinary partners. Caseloads and expectations are structured to support quality care, effective supervision, and sustainability. A distinctive feature of KFAC is that many Behavior Technicians are graduate and undergraduate students at the University of North Texas who are pursuing careers in behavior analysis and related fields. The BCBA in this role plays an important part in supporting the professional development of emerging clinicians through structured supervision, behavioral skills training, and mentorship within the clinical setting. The BCBA reports to the Clinical Director and works within the KFAC clinical and operational structure.
