The Office of Admissions, at the University of North Texas, is seeking to hire a Senior Admissions Recruiter to assist in recruiting and admissions functions, under the direction of the Associate Director, Admissions Recruitment. This position will oversee student employees and is responsible for developing full-time personnel on the recruitment. This position is critical in implementing strategic initiatives from Admissions leadership. Work involves, but is not limited to; local travel, counseling and guidance of applicants for admissions, and rendering of directional services to high school and colleges in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area with the possibility of occasional overnight, in and out of state travel.

The selected faculty member will lead the design, development, and refinement of online course content, ensuring alignment with program learning outcomes, accreditation requirements, institutional standards, and best practices in clinical nutrition and healthcare delivery. Courses will be developed for online delivery and incorporate an interprofessional perspective, emphasizing the application of clinical nutrition across healthcare, community, and applied practice settings. The adjunct faculty member will create comprehensive course materials, which may include recorded lectures, readings, case studies, applied learning activities, assignments, and assessments that support competency-based outcomes. Collaboration with program leadership, curriculum committees, and relevant stakeholders will ensure consistency, rigor, and alignment with program goals. This position is focused exclusively on course development and does not include teaching responsibilities. The faculty member will complete any university-mandated training related to course development, learning management systems, accessibility, or instructional design. Following development, the faculty member will participate in the institutional review and approval process, including responding to feedback and making revisions prior to final approval. This is a remote adjunct position with a flexible schedule aligned with development timelines and approval milestones. There are no on-campus or travel requirements. Time commitment will vary based on course scope and required revisions. Attendance at program or curriculum meetings may be required during development and approval phases.

Serves as the Program Assistant for the Information Science PhD Program. This position serves as the first point of contact to all doctoral students for all issues ranging from admission to graduation. This position also acts as a liaison between the Information Science PhD Program and the Toulouse Graduate School on all matters related to PhD students within the department. This position also works to ensure proper policies and procedures are followed at the department, Graduate School and University levels. This position requires occasional work outside of an 8-5 schedule for planned events and may include some travel.

Tasks include dealing with delicate and sensitive personnel and/or student issues that may arise in the daily operations of the Mathematics department. This position oversees the budget for the department and monitors spending for all funds in the department and prepares budgetary spreadsheets to present to the Chair on a monthly basis.
