Assistant Director of Campus Ministries – Discipleship The Assistant Director of Campus Ministries – Discipleship provides strategic leadership for student discipleship, small group ministry, and leadership development within a vibrant university setting. This role mentors students, equips and oversees a diverse team of student leaders, and cultivates Christ-centered community through both in-person and digital ministry environments. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training small group leaders, leading annual and ongoing leadership development initiatives (e.g., trainings, retreats, and leadership labs), and implementing systems for engagement, accountability, and spiritual growth. The position also oversees virtual ministry programming and student leadership structures, ensuring a cohesive and impactful discipleship experience across all platforms. In addition, the Assistant Director contributes to campus-wide ministry efforts through teaching, preaching, and collaborative planning with Campus Ministries staff. Ideal candidates bring experience in higher education or young adult ministry, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a deep commitment to spiritual formation, evangelical theology, and Spirit-led ministry.
