About Us: Colorado College (“CC”) is a private, four-year, highly selective liberal arts college of 2,100 undergraduate students and a small Master of Arts in teaching program. It is located on a 99-acre campus adjacent to downtown, ‘Olympic City’, Colorado Springs. The campus sits on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains at the foot of Pikes Peak. The college operates an innovative curricular approach, known as the Block Plan, which entails students taking one course at a time for three and a half weeks, with the academic year divided into eight “blocks.” The Colorado College Department of Athletics sponsors 17 varsity programs. Fifteen programs compete at the NCAA Division III level and two at the Division I level. Division III programs are members of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC), except for Men’s Lacrosse (independent) and Women’s Lacrosse (WIAC affiliate). Division I Men’s Hockey is a member of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) and Division I Women’s Soccer competes as an affiliate member of the Mountain West Conference (MWC). Provides logistical support for the hockey program by managing travel, meals, lodging, practice times, ice rentals, and other related issues; coordinates all video needs and technical support for the program; assists hockey staff in coaching, practice planning, game strategy, opponent scouting through video analysis, and recruit evaluation.

The Associate Vice President for Human Resources (AVP-HR) provides strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive human resources program at Colorado College, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, leadership and talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, HR technology and analytics, and policy development and compliance. The AVP-HR partners with the Office of Civil Rights, Institutional Equity and Belonging, and other campus leaders to ensure equity and belonging are embedded throughout HR policy and practice, and that the employee experience reflects the College’s mission and values. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Administration/Chief Financial Officer, the AVP-HR serves as a key strategic advisor to the CFO and to senior leadership across the College on workforce strategy and organizational health.

The Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) at Colorado College is a full-time, live-on professional who fosters an inclusive, student-centered residential community grounded in belonging, engagement, and holistic student development. The RLC supports students through intentional community building, responsive care, and collaboration with campus partners. This position plays a key role in advancing a residential experience that affirms diverse identities and promotes meaningful connection. RLCs participate in an on-call rotation and respond to student and community needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends. The position includes a fully furnished apartment (not considered taxable income) and a $3,000 meal stipend distributed over the 10-month academic year (August–May).
