In this role, will lead the development and implementation of digital and video promotional and marketing materials for Ed Robson Arena, including signage and communications, as well as strategic social media plans. In addition, you will lead, direct, manage, and coordinate assigned events independently, exercising discretion and independent judgement. This role works collaboratively with Executive Director and Assistant Director, Operations to support CC varsity hockey game day operations.

The purpose of this role is to provide AV technical support for 190+ smart classrooms and learning spaces; perform lifecycle replacements of AV technology in these rooms as well as ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs; and provide professional technical support for events, meetings, and conferences requiring audio visual technology.

The Associate Vice President for Human Resources (AVP-HR) provides strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive human resources program at Colorado College, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, leadership and talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, HR technology and analytics, and policy development and compliance. The AVP-HR partners with the Office of Civil Rights, Institutional Equity and Belonging, and other campus leaders to ensure equity and belonging are embedded throughout HR policy and practice, and that the employee experience reflects the College’s mission and values. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Administration/Chief Financial Officer, the AVP-HR serves as a key strategic advisor to the CFO and to senior leadership across the College on workforce strategy and organizational health.

The Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) at Colorado College is a full-time, live-on professional who fosters an inclusive, student-centered residential community grounded in belonging, engagement, and holistic student development. The RLC supports students through intentional community building, responsive care, and collaboration with campus partners. This position plays a key role in advancing a residential experience that affirms diverse identities and promotes meaningful connection. RLCs participate in an on-call rotation and respond to student and community needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends. The position includes a fully furnished apartment (not considered taxable income) and a $3,000 meal stipend distributed over the 10-month academic year (August–May).
