Adjunct Instructor of Anthropology in VCU Main Campus
The Virginia Commonwealth University College of Humanities and Sciences is recruiting adjunct faculty for the Fall 2026 semester within the School of World Studies. The program is specifically looking for an instructor to teach an in-person section of our ANTH 103: Introduction to Anthropology course. If successful, the possibility of teaching sections in additional semesters exists. Your application will remain active for a year; you may resubmit your application for subsequent years. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. NOTE: This is a part-time, non-benefited faculty position. Adjunct contracts are for one semester. Position duties include: Instruct students in ANTH 103. Meet all designated course instruction guidelines, including course preparation, assessments, grading, records management, and submission of the course syllabus. Grade assignments and exams in a timely manner based on instructions/rubric provided. Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours. Submit final grades according to College/Department policy.

Infrastructure Analyst in VCU Main Campus
VCU Administrative Systems team is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Analyst to join our team! VCU Administrative Systems supports the university ERP (Enterprise Resource System), Banner, which at a high-level includes Finance, HR, and Student transactions and integrations with other systems and business intelligence systems. Administrative Systems contains three teams: I.T. Developers, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Systems Analysts. All three teams have a Senior Manager or Assistant Director and report to the Director of Administrative Systems. The teams collaborate constantly to implement solutions, achieve goals, and solve problems. This position is part of the Systems Analysts team internally called "Infrastructure." Professional, courteous interaction with vendors and stakeholders occurs daily to work on projects, implement cutovers, and troubleshoot issues. The team members employ continuous process documentation, process reengineering, technical training, and participate in rotating weekend minimal on-call coverage.
