Coordinates proper storage and rotation of food and supply orders for all areas of North Dining/The Market. Supports dish room daily. Maintains good safety, sanitation skills, organizational skills, and work area maintenance in the receiving and storage and any other requested area to further the image of North/ Market and practice good personal hygiene. Maintain inventory rotation; deliver and pick up inventory as needed by North/ Market. All other duties as assigned. Work in other areas with other duties as necessary based on The Market goals and priorities. This is a full-time position that will not have scheduled hours during the month of mid-May to mid-August, unless work is available.

The Catering Assistant supports all essential functions relative to events produced by Celebrations Catering Services. The Catering Assistant helps with receiving, storing, preparing, cooking hot and/or cold menu items, holding, room set-up, plating, serving, cleaning and the quality of all foods served.
