      As part of a dynamic leadership team within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Assistant Director of Data Analytics will assist with the supervision of the Admissions data team, which is responsible for data management, analytics, and research efforts to engage and recruit prospective students, their families and other internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Director of CRM Systems and Director of Undergraduate Admissions, this position will collaborate with team leadership to implement short- and long-term data analytic strategies to positively impact enrollment goals on the OSU-Stillwater and OSU-Tulsa campuses. The assistant director will manage and direct daily operations of the data management and analytics functions of the department, including creating robust recurring and ad-hoc report strategies, conduct independent research and analysis, and partner with vendors to align department data analysis with the goals of OSU.  This position will collaborate across the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in Stillwater and Tulsa, working closely with the recruitment, communications, and new student experience teams to meet enrollment goals, ensuring quality control. Additionally, the assistant director will work closely with campus partners and other key stakeholders to elevate, align and execute the data management and analytics strategy.

      The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment in guest rooms and common areas. This includes thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, vanities, mirrors, floors, and walls, as well as restocking supplies after guest check-out. The position involves vacuuming all areas of the room, including bathrooms and closets, and shampooing carpets when time allows. All surfaces, including furniture, lampshades, drawer interiors, and mirrors, must be dusted and polished with attention to removing fingerprints, smudges, and visible dust. Beds should be made daily using fresh linens, and blankets or bedspreads must be changed as needed to ensure a neat and wrinkle-free appearance. Housekeeping carts are to be fully stocked and organized at the beginning of each shift. The role may also include cleaning the hotel lobby and other assigned areas as directed by a supervisor or manager. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and the physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and move or lift items as needed. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
